LDEG AT HARROGATE SPRING CONFERENCE

Our theme for conference is the EU at 50! Events include - an EXEC meeting on Friday at 3pm to which all new members of the Exec for 2007/8 are invited; a fringe event at 1pm on Saturday entitled "The EU at 50: Human Rights Health Check" with speakers Sarah Ludford MEP, Catherine Wolthuizen (Director Fair Trials Abroad) and Lotte Leicht (EU Director of Human Rights Watch); the LDEG AGM on Saturday at 2pm with our new President Andrew Duff MEP; and an evening reception with speakers (invitation only). We also have a large stall and need volunteers to help run it. Please email Ed Featherstone or go to the stall and put your name on the rosta if you can help out.
