After 43 years of separate existence, Federal Union, the UK section of the UEF, reunited with its world federalist equivalent, the Association of World Federalists. Also a lecture series by Andrea Sangiovanni, Lecturer, Department of Philosophy, King's College London has been announced. In response to external economic, social, and political pressures, the states' exercise of authority is now carried out increasingly at trans-, inter-, and supra-national levels. Does this require a reassessment of our understanding of distributive justice?
