Andrew Duff MEP will be the guest speaker on Saturday 28 March at the "Parliaments and politics" Federal Union conference and AGM. Andrew will talk about the issues that the European Parliament will have to deal with in the next few years. What role can it play in making the EU more democratic? Will the voters have a real choice in the European elections in June?

How can the accountability of global institutions be improved? Would a parliamentary assembly engage the public in global issues? Can parliamentary procedures work at the global level?
